Join our exercise classes to help with strength, balance and overall well-being.

Our exercise classes are on hold due to COVID-19 but you can still exercise and do Yoga in the comfort of your own home. Yoga airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m., and Energetics airs on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. on Charter Channel 189 or click on this link to access the classes at any time. If you would like to "sign out" an exercise ball, stick, band and weights, please call us at 231-922-4911 to make an appointment for pick-up.
